This is a promotion video that I filmed and edited for a singer, who is just starting and will debut in Spain.

This video was made to be overly dramatic on purpose, mostly because it was made for the Spanish audience. There is a kilometer long end credits also on purpose, because that was needed ^_^

Not the best quality since it is a youtube version, and it's missing deinterlace, which is why the movements are a bit blurry. The one that will come out from tv will be better quality with deinterlace on ^_~

Copyright of this video belongs to me.

"when you look out of the window what do you see?
Do you see the sky of the beginning of the day, the dawn of your big dreams?
or do you see the storm clouds and the beginning of a heavy rain, the realization of the impossibleness of your dreams?
or do you not even dare to look out of the window and hide from the decision that your dreams bring?"

"if you decide to take the courage face the outside, what do you do after? Close the curtains and pretend you did not see? or stay there staring the scene before your eyes?"

"but no matter what decision I take, in the end does it even matter"

In our digital media class at uni we have this small segment where each student shows a video clip they think is worth showing. We've had movie trailers with cool 3D effects, actually a lot of 3D related clips, some very weird, but anyway this is what I decided to show to the class.

The opening of Funky White Dragon concert ^_^
thanks [info]gally04  <3

The main point is that our teacher said and I quote: "It was pretty cool until the crappy 3D hands appeared."
Hii hii hii, our digital media teacher like the opening, YAY~ though he said that it might have been a bit long, but that's a minor defect XD

One thing I learned today:

Do NOT play the Taiko drumming game with rings on you fingers, it ends up with blood eveywhere.

though the game is fun...

btw, I'm in Japan.

Went to see Koichi's concert yesterday. I'll probably write a con report a bit later... or two since I'm going to see the con again tomorrow.
I hope I'll get around to it tomorrow evening or the day after tomorrow, though I don't have the cable for my cell phone with me so I can't post the pic of the BPM thing at the lobby until I get back home.

I'm visiting a family in Sendai next week and I "need" to bring presents to them. I had the brilliant idea of doing the presents myself XD

This is what I ended up making:

I think I'm getting used to my hopes being crushed and then climbing up from the mess.
Or then I'm just too good at lying to myself.
Either way, that's how it always happens, hoping for something really badly and then it getting smashed straight at your face and the next moment you think ahead again.

and on to the other news of the day~
not that I'd really have that much to report anyway XD

I just filled my application for an exchange in Japan for next spring, yay~ I hope I filled everything correctly and my explanations don't sound too bad...
Apparently two of my classmates are also applying for the same place. I hope at least one of them gets the place. There are 3~5 places offered. And I know I kind of have a very very good chance to get it, but then again you never know and it might end up me not getting it. Now I'll just have to wait for the results that'll hopefully come soon after I come back from Japan... which reminds me that I'm going to Japan next week for 10 days. Going to see Koichi's concert yay~ and visit Sendai.

oh yeah, I read from the newspaper today that Ferrari kicked Räikkönen out .... noo~  they broke the contract before it would have ended naturally and that just cost them millions. So maybe Räikkönen is going back to McLaren, but/when he goes Kovalainen is going to get kicked out from McLaren. It might sound bad, but I still prefer Räikkönen over Kovalainen even if both of them are Finnish drivers. But now I can go back to ignoring Ferrari as I did when Häkkinen and Schumacher were still driving. Häkkinen~~
I just have to wait for the news of what happens to Räikkönen.

I've started to pay attention to the sports pages in the news paper since ther's always something about F1, yay~  ^_^
and yeah I still want to have the chance to argue with Koichi about the superiority of Häkkinen over Schumacher XDD

I might have had something else "important" to say, but I forgot.

So...
today I went to uni, business as usual kind of way. We had digital media today (as in editing/modelling/that kind of stufff) and I went to the class and sat there doing nothing for hours, well actually I did something that included refreshing lj friends' page and email. I also watched one epi of Stargate SG1 (7th season). A very productive day I'd say and yes I was pretty extremely bored.
anyway.
We have this "excercise" where each student in our class introduces a short video clip, it can be any video clip that the student thinks is worth showing to the other and then tells the reason why he/she chose that one. So today were the first video clips, pretty cool ones and one really weird I do not care to see for another time. Shimada, one of my japanese exchange students is also in that class (sort of, long story, anyway he is sitting there with us) and I explained to him why there were suddenly random video clips shown in the class and told that my turn is on the 5th of Nov and that he might want to to see my video clip, since it will most likely be something japanese XD
I said that I'll probably show a clip of Yatterman, which led to us laughing about Yatterman and then I mentioned Shushi Ouji the movie and we talked a bit about dramas and such, BUT then this happened:

Shimada: "oh yeah, do you want something?"
me: "erhm.... yeah?....."

and he pulls this from his bag...

the reason why Shimada-kun is currently my favourite japanese guy )

At uni.
Playing whit Photoshop.
Bored.
I just infiltrated Markku's computer with all of Tsuyoshi's solo songs!!
I was talking about going to Japan and going to a concert and that I've been to concerts before. He said he was interested in Japan and the culture, etc when we were talking just now at lunch and then I started to talk about KinKi and Tsuyoshi. He said that he hasn't listened much to japanese music, but knew some visual kei bands and well, of course I had to correct this huge gap in his musical knowledge, so I very helpfully and "persuasively" copied my mp3 Tsuyoshi folder to his computer.
Currently he is listening to I and AI album XD
I told him to tell me his opinion after he's listened to Tsu. The reason I gave Tsuyo's music to him is that I thought that it would be more to his liking rather than KinKi or Koichi. Though I will make him listen to KinKi and Koichi too at some point ^_^

...omg... this actually means that I have people in my class I can flail to about KinKi! XD
Now there's two: Oskari and Markku and yes they are both guys *fu fu fu*

2 down, 12 to go XDDD

oh yeah, Markku is also aplying for the exchange in Japan, the same as me ^_^

Tutoring again. I feel like a big sister or something XDD
anyway I got a present, again, so far I've gotten japanese sweets, origami paper and postcards and now I got a pertty glass paperweight with a picture (sort of) of a warrior inside. The warrior was from the Sendai area, I promptly forgot his name, but it has to do with "date". Apparently the term "date otoko" comes from this guy, he was fashionable ^_^

One of the teachers and then this girl, who gave me the paperweight, both said that the next time they come to Finland they'll bring me KinKi stuff!! YAY! XD

I talked about KinKi with the girl and she said that Garasu no shounen was the first cd she bought. She also clarified that in Japan the girls like Koichi and the boys like Tsuyoshi, because of his unique fashion style. lol~
She's the same age as me, btw.

Refering to the last post, yes all the people I've met do KNOW johnny's and KinKi, but are not fans. Which reminds me that I have 6 months to convert the 3 guys into Tsu fans *mwahahahaa~*

I've already manganed to convert one middle aged japanese lady to a KinKi fan last year.

Exchange student orientation still continues...
It's actually turning to be conivient for me, since I'm also learning some things that I've been wandering for the last year or so...

There are all together 8 Japanese visiting this week, 3 of them the students (that are staying until first week of January) and the rest are teachers and this one girl who is tagging along with her father.
anyway, what I really wanted to say was:

Why the hell every japanese person I meet is NOT a johnny's fan???
...They didn't even know about Tsu's solo project, like "Endli... WHO?" ...sigh...
Why? Why me?

XD
